Project 4000 – KEEPING IT A MILLI IN THE 4000

Red Bull Wreckers Yard Feat. David Dallas by Taz

The Brisbane leg of Red Bull Wreckers Yard went down this past Thursday and the 4000 crowd came out in full force to show love. It was a night of some great head to head battles, the best piece of the night was definitely the “No Hope!” flip by Gimicks who ended up taking the whole thing. The event was blessed with a surprise performance by David Dallas, who recently dropped his latest mixtape The Rose Tint. We had a pretty good night getting tweaked on Red Bull and Ironlak fumes, haha.

– T, more dopeness after the flip!

Sneakerology and Streetology was conceived by the same team as Espionage and they have definitely brought their A game. One of the dopest stores I have visited recently, super slick well stocked, what more could you want?

Carbon – Forums Day Two by Taz

This was the final day of what has been one of my most memorable weekends documenting, a sensory overload to say the least. I won’t say much more than just please watch the video repost it, share it. Be there when these kinds of things happen because you get more than just a lecture you get to meet some down ass people.

– T, shout outs and pictures after the flip

2011-04-30-Carbon Day 1

The man, the mystery, the accent, the infectious laughter and just all around top guy MEGA debuted some of his latest art work at a gallery showing post day one Forums of Carbon held at the Atrium in Federation Square. He was by far one of the nicest realest guys I met on my trip, was just so open to conversations and just had a dope energy.
